Our return policy: You have 14-days to return an unwanted order to us.
You as a customer are responsible for any shipping costs in the event of a return, any customs fees you paid upon arrival of your package are not refunded. You as a customer are also responsible for the product being received by us in the same condition in which you received the product, we reserve the right to deduct any amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product.
• Returns are only possible in Sweden.
- It can take 1-3 weeks for us to register your return.
We have the right to deny you a return if:
- The product is not in the same condition as you got it.
- You don’t follow our return instructions.
- Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.
- Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for your order or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
